comp stuff
why is it that people are so reluctant to express themselves with silent words?
I think that in many ways people do not know how to express themselves aroud people they do not know. They might think people will find them weird or awkward.
I hesitate simply because I have a really hard time interacting in a social manner and it is very awkward for me to do so, I agree with Rooster and I am trying to overcome the caring about what others think bit. it is not easy when it's something that has been life long. You really can teach an old dog new tricks though, LOL.

There's nothing wrong with being weird or awkward. People care too much about what other people think of them. It's ridiculous!

Strike up a conversation with 10 strangers. It doesn't have to be deep and philosophical. I hate philosophy. I have better things to do with my time.
It could be about the weather or Hey, I'm "blah". What's your name? Or something.
I'll find a cookie for you if you do. =P Or something.
